Brandon Flowers from The Killers, Rolling Stone Interview

Brandon Flowers was recently interview by Rolling Stone and was very truthful about the fact that he thinks The Killers have lost some of their steam. They're a great rock band, one of the best of our generation. Check out the article here, and we hope that this great band will find their way again. Washington D.C. love their music.

Local Natives Recording New LP

Last week, Indie Band Local Natives posted a picture on their instagram of the space in the mountains where they are writing their next album. This is exciting for everyone in the Washington DC music scene as well as the whole country. They are a great band with sounds similar to Indie Rockers, Native Spirit. Keep a look out for their next LP!

Father John Misty, I Love You Honeybear

Father John Misty's new album isn't extremely different from his first album although it does involved slightly more of an electronic element to the mix. I don't think this similarity to his last record is a bad thing however, it's not like there's anyone else doing what he's doing. The 33 year old Washington D.C. native recently said in an interview that for the first time he's satisfied in the music he's making. Check out his tour dates here.
